I created BOSS4EDUCATION because I believe parents are the most powerful advocates in any school system — they just need the right blueprint. For years I watched families feel overwhelmed, dismissed, or unsure of how to fight for what their children deserved. This movement was born from my passion to equip them with strategy, language, and leadership skills so they never feel powerless again. I wanted to build a village where parents are informed, unified, and unstoppable.
