I started Legacy Builders Coaching & Consulting because I once learned the hard way what ineffective leadership can cost a team—and how transformative the right leadership can be. After receiving honest feedback early in my career, I committed myself to becoming a better leader, studying what it truly takes to hire well, develop people, and build healthy workplace cultures. That journey not only changed me, but it revealed my purpose: helping small and mid-sized business owners avoid costly mistakes, grow with confidence, and create workplaces where people thrive.
