Story behind the business
As a serial entrepreneur, I have two other businesses; one designing logos and websites and the other designing kitchen gardens. I knew I wanted a space to connect with both client types while also “joining” forces for my love of visual design, clean living, and a place to gather and continue to host my workshops under my own roof.
My first encounter with a refillery was my ah-ha moment. I could create a new brand with clear purpose, bringing all of my businesses under one collaborative roof. A place that I could teach customers the importance of mindful, slow, and intentional living.
The community warmly welcomed us into the Berea Business Incubator on November 15, 2025. We have since expanded into The Common Ground in Medina. Mindful Mercantile is making a shift in sustainability and mindful consumption and it’s all thanks to our amazing community.
I look forward to welcoming you into the shop!
With sincere gratitude, Rachel
About this business
Business Description
Mindful Mercantile is a sustainable refillery and artisan shop dedicated to slow, intentional living; where modern convenience meets timeless craft.
We’re building a community space where conscious consumers, local artisans, and everyday makers come together to slow down, refill, and reconnect.
From low-tox home essentials to locally made apothecary goods, every item we carry is chosen for its quality, purity, and purpose.
This is more than another retail space, it’s a movement toward mindful living, right here in Northeast Ohio.
