Story behind the business
I started STEP Learning Services after witnessing far too many children being left behind academically because they lacked the right support at the right time. When the Cleveland Scholarship & Tutoring Program ended, I knew families still needed high-quality, affordable, compassionate tutoring. STEP was born from my belief that every child deserves to feel capable, seen, and supported in their learning — and I wanted to build the service I wished existed for them.
