Story behind the business
I started my business on August 27th, 2017 as a catering business after I burned out of a decade working in Restaurants and Resorts as a Pastry Cook and Pastry Chef. I started Teaching 6 months into my business and fell in love with Teaching and connecting with my students. I love sharing my love and passion for baking and my expertise with my students in my hands on baking classes and making baking less stressful and more fun!
Topics vary and include: Strudel from scratch, Breads, Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Gluten free desserts, French Pastries and more!
Students work 100% individually and are welcome to come alone or register with a friend. All students need their own individual ticket.
